With a move come new traditions and with discoveries come new favorites. My first two weeks here in London has been the usual: organizing my life that is now not in complete disarray, figuring out the best method to commute to work, finding the little things like best foods that work for me. Drastic changes in such little, little time. Though one thing I’m quite excited for is the change that is for the better. Instead of spending Sundays catching up on reading and going through my list of to-dos, I decided to take Sunday for myself. And that is to do exactly what I please, sunday strolls discovering little gems {to hopefully share some with you} and catching up with old friends that I left behind several months ago. Under the lovely August sun, my friend and I took a walk, collecting flowers on the way, then caught in an unexpected rain shower before heading off to lunch. Catching up over hot french fries and barbecue of course. After all, I’m still an American.
