♫♪ The Black Keys – Gotta Get Away
I think I have been over exerting myself lately. Too much on a single plate and it’s finally catching up to me. Evenings have been late and mornings have been rather early. Though early mornings I’m not worried about, but it’s the nights that I’m keen to get some rest in.
The fall season is always like this, as everything is starts all over again. Work starts to pick up pace, we’re lethargic from the long summer days, and early nightfall married with the cooler weather has us craving for a little rest and relaxation. Usually the autumn season, for me at least, is full of Indian festivals and birthdays then comes our regular holidays like Thanksgiving and soon Christmas and the beginning of the new year. It’s a rather fast six months and the ride, though fast, is quite exceptional as we live in the present and take each day at a time.
This weekend is the start of the Indian festivities that I shared with you last year. I have a very busy week ahead, so in between long nights celebrating this time of the year, I will be prepping for a week full of meetings and collaborations to share with you. Hope you have the loveliest of weekends! xo. -S
