It has been one of those weeks where Monday comes and now it’s the weekend. As you know, my weekend notes are usually planned for Friday, but there was so many meetings and parties and dinners to catch up with friends. In the midst of all that, I’ve been flat hunting and in London it is quite the task. But with the right amount of patience comes the perfect flat in the most wonderful part of the city.
Between doing all the necessary things like working and meeting with networks, I’ve had blogging to keep with and it has been rather difficult to keep up with all the other necessary tasks. I ended up putting my own life and personal time aside to do the things that please others first. In the mess of all that, it got frustrating as my energy dwindled and stress accumulated.
So this weekend, and the reason why the weekend note is a day late, I’m in the process of finishing paperwork for the flat. But in between I am meeting up with an old university friend who will be in London for a lay over and it has been since 2010 I saw him last, so you could imagine the excitement!
